Hotel Sao Mamede Estoril

Great location for the beach, but the wifi was spotty and frustrating.

Perfect position, very nice design, quite helpful staff. We had the room 405 and the view was really nice - both sea & mountain view. I would certainly stay again in this hotel on my next trip to lovely Estoril.

Hotel staff was very nice, helpful and personal.

It is a bit difficult to stop at the entrance with the car. The so-called orange or pineapple juice tastes just like sugared water.

The location was perfect, being close to the beach for lovely walks and the train station for easy access to Lisbon. The staff were cute.

The lift does not go to 5th floor where our room was. It only goes up to 4th.

We booked the non-cancellation room for 30EUR/night. It's the best value for money offer by far!!! Very pleasant stuff! Nice breakfast! Excellent location!

The bathroom could be little bit cleaner...

The location is fantastic, right next to the beach and the train station. I loved the powerful air conditioning, a lifesaver during the hot weather. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the bathroom was spacious, providing comfort. The hotel was clean and fresh towels were offered regularly. The room felt quite basic. It lacked a fridge, and only had one functional power socket since the other was burnt out. The lighting in the room was poor, especially around the bathroom mirror. Breakfast was basic and lacked quick replenishment of items. Nice potential, but the room could use some improvements.

Very pleasent stay, it was only a few minutes from the beach. It was in very close proximity to Cascais, where there was a wide variety of restaurants at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend it for a relaxing break with something for everyone to do

It would have been nice to have a balcony as the view of the sea was beautiful

Had a very nice stay for one night. Its standard twin room was cosy with a good bathroom and balcony plus a bath. Next to a train station, the location was amazing and incredible, in the centre of town❤😃👍

Quite small bathroom, and the breakfast was quite poor.

Close to the beach and easy train access.

The cleanliness left much to be desired, with hairs left on the bathroom floor for my entire stay and old towels that looked worn out. I also found the air conditioning noisy, distracting during the night, and the breakfast options were severely lacking. The hotel is situated between a busy road and the railway, which disrupted the comfort level quite a bit.

It is located on main road and nearest to famous Tamriz beach.

Small size cots, inadequate hot water and no electric cattle in the room.

Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location

The room offered a great view. The location was a short walk to the beach and close to the train, perfect for day trips to Lisbon. Pro tip, request a room on a higher floor for a better view. Despite minor issues, I enjoyed my stay!

We enjoyed a nice size and warm rooms and savoury food.

The breakfast was very good, so much to pick from. Location: the hotel was not far from Tamariz beach, one of the best beaches in the area and the center of Estoril and two minutes walking to train station.
